We are excited to announce an upcoming upgrade to our phone system and fax software. We want to assure you that this upgrade is designed to be as smooth and seamless as possible.
The upgrade process has been delayed and is now scheduled to begin on September 15 and finish on September 30. The phone system will experience intermittent downtime during the upgrade process as the phone companies port over the new lines. Our primary focus will be on restoring the main line to limit the downtime.
Our operator will be available to take your calls and relay messages when the mainline goes live. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation during this transition. During this time, you may find that email is the best way to communicate with an Axley & Rode employee.
Upon the successful completion of the phone system upgrade, we will then proceed with upgrading our fax software. It's important to note that our fax will be temporarily unavailable during the phone system upgrade.
